Hey there! I'm Whitney Reyes, a wife, mom of 4 , former soccer player and lawyer.
After losing 30-50lbs after all 4 babies, I decided I wanted to help other women do the same using my exact approach. This is when I started workoutwithwhitney, and now have helped hundreds of women lose weight the realistic and sustainable way. My goal is to show women that it doesn't have to be as complicated as it seems, and you CAN lose weight and tone up without starving yourself or spending hours in the gym. Best of all, you will keep it off FOREVER.
